It is time for a change! It does not matter if we lose weight if we are simply filling our bodies with chemicals. I believe that if I can convert our diets to foods we find in nature and get rid of the processed chemically altered foods we have been buying, not only will the pounds shed off but I will be full of energy and our family will be much happier and healthier as a whole! I figure these are huge changes to make and it won't happen over night. So I will track the progress.
On this adventure I will learn new things about food. I will learn new foods to eat and new ways to prepare them. Some of the new types of food changes will include Super Foods, Raw Foods, and definitely some Organic changes. I plan to share regular photos and post very frequently about what we are eating, new items I have found, price comparisons, benefits of certain foods, and reviews.
